The Vancouver Project - traveling exhibit comes to Greenwood

I was recently putting the line-up together for the Art Up Greenwood-Phinney art walk happening next Friday, April 10th from 6-9pm. I ran across an interesting submission that enticed me to do a little more digging. The line-up includes Pacific Northwest-based artists Christen Mattix, Scott Kolbo, Scott Erickson, Matthew Whitney, Jeremy Mangan and Jen Grabarczyk. These artists created the collection during a two week art residency at Regent College in Vancouver, BC.

The Vancouver Project contemplates the beautiful, grotesque and sublime in this visual art exhibition which will be on display at the Green Bean Coffeehouse in Greenwood.
