The Greenwood Collective underground area includes Bherd Studios, Echo Echo, Better Friends x Band Vibes, Palermo Gallery and Urban Light Studios. These galleries are always open during the second Friday of each month (6-9pm) for Art Up artwalk.

The space is approximately 270 sq/ft + additional closet space under the stairs. The space has a mini reception area/art gallery (see 1st photo above).
Studio is $475 a month + $50/mo utilities that includes water, sewer, garbage, electricity & internet. Twelve month lease + $350 security deposit (includes $100 non-refundable)

About The Greenwood Collective:
The Greenwood Collective is a creative event and work space located in the heart of Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood. This group of independent creative professionals exchange knowledge, resources, and inspiration in an effort to strengthen their overlapping communities. In addition to the 3500 square foot architectural masterpiece on the main floor, you will find five unique studios and galleries in The Greenwood Collective underground. These galleries are always open during the second Friday of each month (6-9pm) for Art Up Greenwood-Phinney.
