ABOUT The Greenwood Collective
The Greenwood Collective is a creative event and work space located in the heart of Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood. This group of independent creative professionals exchange knowledge, resources, and inspiration in an effort to strengthen their overlapping communities. In addition to the 3500 square foot architectural masterpiece on the main floor, you will find five unique studios and galleries in The Greenwood Collective underground area including Bherd Studios and URBAN LIGHT STUDIOS. These galleries are always open during the second Friday of each month (6-9pm) for Art Up Greenwood-Phinney.
The space(s) that are currently available:
Double Studio at 850 sq. feet (or can be rented separately)
-$1000/mo + $40/mo (which includes garbage, water, elec and internet)
*If separated: $575 for the larger side + $40/mo, $525 for the smaller side + $40/mo.
